Eating healthier does not mean that you have to avoid all sweets. We just need to make them healthier versions! This is a treat we make every once in awhile, when we need a little chocolate fix.
If you are feeling lazy then just mix all ingredients together and pour into silicon trays without the layers. Doesn’t look as good but taste the same.
Make chocolate sauce
Melt chocolate and coconut oil together into a runny liquid, then mix in vanilla extract and stevia.
Make peanut butter sauce
Melt peanut butter, coconut oil. Add stevia.
Pour a thin (1/4 depth) layer of chocolate sauce into small silicone muffin pan and freeze for 1-2 minutes or until chocolate is firm.
Pour peanut butter center
Pour a thick (1/2 depth) layer of peanut butter sauce on top of frozen chocolate bottoms in small silicone muffin pan and freeze for another 1-2 minutes or until peanut butter is firm.
Pour a thin (1/4 depth) layer of chocolate sauce on top of peanut butter to the rim. Put back into freezer for 5-10 min.
Remove from silicone tray and enjoy or put into container for later. Store in fridge or freezer.
