1 cup Powdered Sugar - Salus Sugar MixSalus “Sugar” Mix

2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream

4 tsp Vanilla extractThis is really a to taste. In our family we like a strong vanilla flavor. I wouldn’t recommend less than 2 tsp though

Homemade Butter Cream Frosting is easy and oh so delicious! I will never buy the store made stuff again.

Done

Add the softened butter to stand mixer with paddle attachment. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. ( You will see the butter become a lighter color) |

Add in the powdered Salus “sugar” and mix on low speed for one minute. |

Increase to a medium speed and continue mixing for 2 minutes |

Add in heavy cream, vanilla extract and pinch of salt. Continue Mixing at a medium speed until frosting is all combined. |

Use immediately or store in fridge. |
