Directions
It is still a cookie but it is the best tasting keto-friendly treat you will find.
Note, a bit too dry. Increase peanut butter and/or add another egg.

Turn up the heatPreheat oven to 375 degrees. Place parchment paper on cookie sheet. |

CombineStir into butter mixture. Put cookie dough in the refrigerator for 30-60 min. |

Start your enginesRoll dough into 1 inch balls and put on baking sheets. Flatten each ball with a fork, making a crisscross pattern. Bake in a preheated 375 degrees F oven for about 10 minutes or until cookies begin to brown. |
